*CLEARANCE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER*

  • All Clearance items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges provided once the item is purchased.
  • Warranty is not applicable to clearance sale items.
  • Kindly take note that items may be discoloured, faded, or worn on spots as it has been a showroom display model.
  • Please take note that items do not come with their original boxes.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product in store before purchasing. All images are used for illustration purposes only.
  • All items are first come, first serve. Please contact the Xtra Retail Showroom at +65 6336 0688 (Marina Square) or email us directly at info@xtra.com.sg to confirm availability, quantity or should you need further clarifications.

PRODUCTS / ORDER

Qn : If a product is out-of-stock, can I pre-order it?

Ans : Yes, you may pre-order a product. Indent orders will take around 3-4 months to arrive in Singapore.

Qn : May I know when would the products be restocked?

Ans : We will update restocked products on all our social media platforms. Follow our Facebook and Instagram accounts for more updates!

Qn : Are the Herman Miller office chair prices inclusive of ALL the ergonomic features ? Or do we have to add-on separately?

Ans : Yes, all Herman Miller ergonomic chairs comes inclusive with all features. Add-on items such as headrests are not sold in XTRA.


DELIVERY

Qn : How long will delivery usually take?

Ans : Delivery will usually take within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated specifically by the customer and is subjected to availability.

Qn : Will I be able to get a free delivery if I purchase a certain amount?

Ans : Yes, delivery will be complimentary for purchases above SGD1,000 nett.

Qn : Can I change my delivery date and time?

Ans : Yes you may. Do note that you must notify XTRA a minimum of two (2) working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time.


INSTALLATION

Qn : Does installation come when we purchase lightings from XTRA?

Ans : No, we do not provide light installations.


WARRANTY

Qn : Will the 12-Year Warranty for Herman Miller office chairs be on-site servicing or do I have to bring it down?

Ans : It would be a case-by-case basis. Kindly send us a photo of your chair and send us at customerservice@xtra.com.sg


PAYMENT

Qn : Which cards are accepted for interest free rates?

Ans : AMEX 6 months || OCBC 6/12 months. (Applicable only in-store).

Qn : I was halfway through the Paypal checkout and had some issues. Is the product still available or did my payment went through?

Qn : I would like to try the chairs out in real life. Is your shop still open and where is it located at?

Ans: Yes, our showroom operates daily and it is located at Marina Square #02-48, just right above Kiztopia.

Qn : Are there any ongoing promos?
